Why do I need S-Mail if I have another email account?
Usually, ordinary e-mail services are quite convenient instruments for day to day communications, but correspondence
is not protected while stored and transmitted. All messages processed by ordinary e-mail services are easy to intercept
and monitor. S-Mail provides automatic and full protection for every bit of your correspondence,
repeatedly encrypting it.

Do I need an Internet connection to use S-Mail?
S-Mail is an Internet based e-mail. To login and start working with your e-mails, you need to have Internet access.

Do I need to install any special software to work with S-Mail?
No, you do not. You only need a PC with an Internet connection and Internet Explorer or Netscape browser installed.
All you need to do is register, and everything is ready and automatic for secure and efficient work.

via any e-mail program such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, etc., we offer
S-Mail Agent.

Can I use my S-Mail address to correspond with users of other mail systems, not just S-Mail?
Yes, you can. S-Mail users can send and receive messages from users of different mail systems.
However, remember that your correspondence is fully secure only when both sender and recipient are S-Mail users.

Can I use email software like Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, TheBat!, etc. with S-Mail?
S-Mail supports all email software. To start working with S-Mail via your email
client you need to install S-Mail Agent.
It can be used FREE for a 30 day trial period. After the trial period, S-Mail Agent will be available to
subscribers of Standard and Premium plans.

Can I use a firewall simultaneously with S-Mail?
Yes. You just need to adjust your firewall software.
Please allow connections from the "localhost" to the "localhost" for all ports, and outgoing connections - for standard ports:
SMTP - 25, POP3 - 110, HTTP - 80, HTTPS - 443.
You should also make sure that the settings do not prohibit Java, JavaScripts or cookies.
