S-Mail provides ultimate email security
Getting email security is simple and free with S-Mail®.
Just follow our step-by-step instructions.
- Check the system requirements
If your system meets all our email security requirements,
please proceed to step 2.
- Read the Terms of Service Agreement.
All users who wish to register with S-Mail and get the full email security should carefully read the
Terms of Service and agree to accept them.
The agreement allows the S-Mail secure mail to protect users from unwanted or unauthorized intrusion
or violation on the Internet thus ensuring your email security. If you agree to the Terms of Service, please click the "Registration Form" button and proceed to
step 3.
- Fill in the Registration Form.
To fill in our email security registration form, please click here.
- Choose your e-mail address.
Enter a desired username in the "Username" field. Your e-mail address at the S-Mail secure mail will
look like username@s-mail.com.
Your username must be between 4 and 32 characters in length and can consist of letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), the underscore (_),
dot (.), dash (-), but cannot contain spaces. This is needed to provide the highest possible email security.
- Fill in the required personal data.
The information required in this registration form will NEVER be disclosed to any third party. This includes government
agencies, email marketing companies and other entities. The privacy of our users' personal information is our main
priority which gives our users total email security. For more detailed information on privacy, see the Privacy Policy
section on our web site.
- Generate your secret keys.
After you click the "Sign Up" button on the registration form page, you will see a new page with a black box on it.
Position your mouse arrow within the black box, and start moving the arrow on the box. As you move the arrow, the box
will get lighter and lighter. Move the arrow over the box until it disappears completely.
While doing this, you are generating random symbols for your encryption keys. When the box disappears, you will see two fields.
Now you can go to step 5 - please enter your password.
- Select your password.
A password is needed to access your mailbox and is the most important element of email security on your part.
Choose long and non-standard passwords. The S-Mail secure mail does not store any passwords,
which is to further enhance protection of your correspondence.
You must enter the same password in both fields. The second field is for password confirmation.
After you enter and confirm your password, click the "Next Step" link.
When entering the password, please pay attention to the keyboard layout. The active language is displayed by the language indicator in the
bottom right corner of your screen.
Important:
Please remember that if you forget your password, we will not be able to restore it, and you will not be able to log in
to your e-mail account and access your correspondence. So, please be very cautious with your password and help us protect
your email security.
After clicking the "Next Step" button, you will see a notification about the successful registration of your email address
with our S-Mail secure mail. Within 5-7 seconds after the notification appears, you will be automatically redirected to
our email security login page.

- Log in to your email account.
If you have successfully completed all the steps listed above, you are now a registered S-Mail user,
and it is possible to send/receive fully protected messages and enjoy S-Mail email security.
To log into your e-mail account you need to open the S-Mail secure mail
login page, enter your username and password in the appropriate
fields, and click the "Sign In" button.
You can open the login page by typing mail.s-mail.com into the
address bar of your web browser and pressing "Enter".
